The hotel has everything you need: a tasty buffet, a cafe to fulfill your caffeine cravings, and even a conference room to pretend you're a big shot.
The only natural beauty I saw was the mold in my room. How charming.

Location
The bathroom is a little bit short. The bed needs to change the mattress.

the hotel is beautifully decorated with a pleasant aroma throughout the ground floor. the room was spacious and impeccably cleaned. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. the breakfast options were varied and delicious, and it was impressive to see gluten-free options available.
Nothing to fault here! 👍

Just the location
Was durty, we found a cockroach in one of the bedroons, than in cople of days, this same room was awash, and they had to change. Besides that, everything we order in the room, was like 1 hour delayded, many days we ask for the servive, because they didn´t clean it up. The breakefast space was small, and they serve the 2 units of the hotel, was a mess!!!!! So, I will never come back at the hotel, neither my family, we were in 3 rooms, and didn´t like at all!!!

The employees were very friendly and ready to help! The hotel is very well located: only 5 minutes to the historic center and the local and the national bus stations. Big rooms.
The rooms are big, but very old: the carpet has experienced a lot of things, you can smell it. The overall appaerance is rather raunchy for a 4-star hotel. Old elevators, old, smelly carpets, plastic tablecloths. The pictures in Booked.net don't reflect the reality.

Everything was modern, I recommend. It was incredibly beautiful hotel with very amiable and excellent staff from check-in to check-out. The location in a secure area was exceptionally nice! One of the dining options, Doce Vida was 5 mins walk away. Food in the nice restaurant was good.

I loved starting my day with the free breakfast buffet, then doing some shopping at the onsite stores, and grabbing a coffee at the cafe. Perfect combo!
Oh, just the convenience of the hotel, its conference facilities, free wifi, and regional excursions. Totally unacceptable!

The room at Faial Prime Suites was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. With air conditioning and cable TV, it was the perfect spot to relax after a long day exploring Florianopolis. Plus, the minibar was a nice touch for late-night snacking.
Personally, I found the minibar selection a bit limited, but hey, we all have different tastes!

Free breakfast buffet, shopping onsite, coffee shop.all great if you want to stuff your face, spend money, or pretend to work while sipping on a latte.
No gluten-free options for my unrealistic diet expectations. I guess I'll just have to survive without kale smoothies and chia seed pudding.

The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Plus, the location was central to everything we wanted to do and see. Our room was spacious and cleaned well.
The noise level was unbearable and made it difficult to rest. The walls were thin, so we could hear everything going on outside our room.
